Do you have an old trusty that you just can’t let go of? Maybe it’s time for new grips to make your set-up feel brand new again. Perhaps, you were just testing the durability of your driver and the shaft is no longer in one piece. Whatever calamity your clubs might be facing Eric can restore them to their former glory.
Installation is included in the cost of all grips purchased in our Golf Shop. We can also install any grip that you may bring for an installation fee.
We will make every effort to save a grip when requested. We cannot, however, guarantee that a grip will come off undamaged. The age and condition of the grip play a large part in whether a grip will come off cleanly or not.
Our club repair technician can adjust the loft and lie on irons, wedges, and putters using our Mitchell club bending machines.
We can extend any golf club to your exact specifications. Our repair team can extend both steel and graphite shafted clubs.
We can also cut steel and graphite shafted clubs to your desired length.
We can change the swing weight of any club to match the feel and performance and you are looking for. This is also something that often needs to be adjusted when clubs are shortened or lengthened. Adjusting the length of a club changes the intended swing weight of any club.
We can add lead tape to your club to make minor swing weight adjustments. This is a less common practice as it takes a lot of lead tape to alter the swing weight much. This process is also less aesthetically pleasing than adding the weight inside the club head.
If the head on any club comes loose, or completely detaches, we can reglue the head. The shaft itself must be undamaged for our technician to reglue the head to the shaft.
We can replace broken or damaged ferrules. We can also change ferrules as an aesthetic upgrade.
We can also reglue or reset a ferrule that has come loose even if the head is still firmly attached.
Sometimes a small piece of the glue can come loose inside the head of golf clubs and can cause a rattle. We can generally remove this rattle fairly easily. This sometimes requires that we remove the shaft from the head.
In the same vein as a head rattle, sometimes a small piece of the shaft internals or a piece of glue comes loose inside the shaft. We can usually fix this issue by pulling the grip and removing the floating piece.
We can replace or change the adapter on most graphite golf shafts.
